The first stage: Decision.

In order to make a decision on whether to join our agency, you need full, fair and sincere information: you can find on our site various elements, which will help you to make this important decision.

If you require any additional information, we are ready to help you from Monday till Saturday from 9-12 a.m. and from 1-8 p.m. by phone 570-588-0561 we will answer all your questions.
The second stage: Obligation
If you are interested in the services of our agency and wish to join us: you have to go to the page " become a member "; after filling in the questionnaire, you will directed to the next page which is the contract of our agency. At the consent with the conditions of the contract, you will get, depending on the chosen type of payment, a safe payment page by credit card or the first page with the address of our agency if you are going to make payment by check or money order.
Next, you have to send us by e-mail your letter- presentation, 2-4 photos of high quality of yourself and the numbers of the 10-15 you wish to correspond with.
After you sign the contract and we will receive your payment, our adviser will contact you by phone to find out more about your expectations and wishes: this conversation will be strictly confidential.
Your first letter-presentation will be translated into Russian free-of-charge. This letter and your photos will be sent on the day of reception by ?-mail to the ladies of your choice: their answers will be sent to you by e-mail on the same day of their reception (it is necessary to count from two seven days to receive all answers).
The third stage: Correspondence
Two elements are very important at this stage: time and understanding, in other words the speed from which your letters are transferred (handed), and good understanding with the woman who does not speak the same language as you. We render the services, which are necessary for your success: ?-mail service for the faster correspondence, service of translation for the better understanding, and also video and telephone conference. Between the moments you sign your contract and receiving the answers from the ladies is approximately 8 days. Of each positive answer we will send you the letters of the ladies, who are interested in you with all of their personal information: the post address, the phone, the electronic address - you can communicate with these women personally. We will send you, by mail, free-of-charge a video containing representations of some of the women of our agency.
If you wish to translate your letters from English into Russian and back,
you should send us your letter by e-mail contact1@inter-marriage.com
(Specifying the number of the lady’s file for whom this letter is intended): translation carried will be done in 48 hours and will be sent to her directly. You also have the opportunity to correspond with the women by snail mail (expect between 6-8 weeks for each exchange of letters) or to correspond with help from our e-mail service (see a heading "e-mail service" for more details): your letters will be transferred the same day, answers will be received in approximately 3 days. At any time, by a simple phone call to your adviser you can agree upon a time to contact the women by phone or videoconference: your adviser will translate your conversation (see headings " teleconference " and " video conference " for more details).
The fourth stage: Meeting
The most important stage: to make a success of your trip to Eastern Europe you will need all information concerning administrative formalities, as well as the perfect organization of your stay. We will provide for you the hotel reservation, the translator, the driver and your personal adviser. Your adviser will specify to you all necessary administrative formalities needed for the invitation of the lady of your choice to the USA or for your trip to her country (see the heading “travel” for more details.
The fifth stage: Wedding
For the success of this final stage of your relations, your bride should know what documents are necessary to prepare before she arrives in the USA. For this purpose and to avoid any misunderstanding, we will send the lady the letter in Russian, mentioning the list of all documents she will have to get and various administrative establishments, authorized to provide these documents to her. We will also explain precisely to you and to your bride which documents are necessary for the marriage with a foreigner.
