To examine any information pertaining to acquiring a membership in our agency whether through our homepage or by telephone without any cost to you.

To guarantee the rights of each member according to our contract

To study thoroughly the personality of each candidate in order to select only people answering the following criteria: real will to build a serious and durable union, excellent morality, good level of general culture

To respect the confidentiality of each of our ladies
- To bring up to date the files of our ladies regularly; to translate,
free, the first letter of each member, if he so wishes; to provide
30 minutes per week of free translation during three-way calling conversation,
cost of communication remains with that of the member.
- To represent, free, the telephone conversations with each member,
if he so wishes (one hour per week), cost of communication remains
with that of the member.

To guide and personally advise each member throughout his membership, each consultant being available 7 days a week
- To refund the member completely if during his membership none of
the ladies of our agency wish to enter into correspondence with him.
